Hi June.
I got a letter on 10 March 2011 from Michael Leung complaining about the exhibition Sound Systems 2011 that our company recently held.
He said that the on-line registration was not workable. Also,he said that the venue was too crowded. Besides. He complained about the lack of leaflets.
What should I do?Do you have any suggestions?

Dear Ms. Kong
I have received a letter complaining about the service quality of our recent exhibition Sound Systems 2011. There are mainly three issues concerned in his letter.
1. Complaint about online registration
The first problem he raised is about the unworkable online registration facility. His application could not be accepted even after he spent hours trying to complete the procedures. And he claimed that he finally succeeded in registering by fax.
After checking the system, it is found that the system was overloaded and many of the customers could not register.
The IT department advises we should upgrade the server so that more customers can be allowed. Therefore I suggest we should upgrade the IT server.
2. Complaint about the overcrowded venue
The second problem is the overcrowded venue. He claimed that
